Andaman Discover Private Limited (ADPL) (“Company”) is dedicated to providing guests with a safe, well-organized, and memorable experience in the Andaman Islands.
This Guest Policy outlines the terms and conditions governing all bookings and services provided by ADPL. It is part of the Tour Booking Agreement, and by confirming a booking, guests acknowledge and agree to these terms.
Upon receiving a travel inquiry, ADPL will share a detailed itinerary and quotation. Guests must then:
Pay 50%–70% of the total package cost (as advised) and share transaction details for confirmation.
Provide government-issued ID for all travelers (Aadhaar, Passport, Voter ID, or Driving License) for ferry bookings and forest permits.
Submit flight details (arrival and departure).
Share full names, ages, and genders of all travelers.
The remaining balance must be paid at least two days before arrival or in cash upon arrival before the start of services.
All communication regarding bookings must be made through the official contact details provided at the time of booking.
Bookings are confirmed only after full payment of the package cost.
ADPL accepts electronic bank transfers and cash payments (up to ₹2,00,000, supported by a valid PAN card).
Payments must be made only to official bank details shared by the Company.
Cheques are not accepted. Payments made to other accounts are not recognized.
Cancellation Charges:
10 days or less before travel: 100% (no refund)
11 to 20 days: 50% of total package cost
21 to 30 days: 25% of total package cost
Above 30 days: Refundable after applicable deductions
3.1 Cancellation Fee: ₹2,500 per person applies once an advance payment is made.
3.2 Rescheduling: No rescheduling allowed after payment; individual hotels may have their own rules.
3.3 Peak Season (15 Dec – 15 Jan): 100% cancellation charges apply.

ADPL works with third-party service providers (hotels, ferries, cabs, etc.). Guests must follow their respective terms and conditions. Original ID may be required at security checkpoints, and punctuality is essential to maintain the itinerary.
ADPL reserves the right to deny service in cases involving misconduct, contagious illness, criminal activity, or unlawful behavior.
Guests denied service under these circumstances are not eligible for refunds.
If bookings are canceled due to events beyond ADPL’s control (natural calamities, strikes, government orders), guests will be notified, and refunds will be processed after standard deductions.
Guests affected by such events may request rescheduling, subject to applicable cancellation fees.
If force majeure occurs mid-trip, guests must pay for any extra services used during this period.
ADPL is not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged valuables during the tour. Guests are advised to safeguard personal belongings.
Guests are responsible for any damage or loss caused to ADPL or third-party partners through negligence or misconduct. The Company may recover such costs.
ADPL is not liable for any injuries, losses, or damages during third-party activities (e.g., scuba diving, bike rentals, hotel stays). Guests agree to indemnify ADPL from such claims.
ADPL collects and processes personal information solely to deliver its services and follows strict data protection practices. However, the Company is not liable for data breaches beyond its control.
Disputes will first be addressed by an ADPL representative within seven days of receipt.
Unresolved disputes shall be referred to arbitration in Port Blair under ICC Rules, conducted in English.
Exclusive jurisdiction: Courts of Andaman & Nicobar Islands.
Guests waive the right to file complaints under the Consumer Protection Act, 2019 outside the jurisdiction of Andaman & Nicobar Islands. Complaints filed elsewhere will be void, and ADPL reserves the right to claim ₹2,00,000 as exemplary damages.
ADPL reserves the right to:
Pursue legal action for defamation or false online statements.
Modify terms and conditions without prior notice.
Withhold payments or refunds for policy violations.
Use of ADPL’s services implies acceptance of these terms.
This agreement is governed by Indian Law, with exclusive jurisdiction in Andaman & Nicobar Islands.
If any provision is found invalid, the remainder shall remain enforceable.
ADPL reserves the right to update terms, policies, and itineraries without prior notice.
No refunds will be made for activities canceled due to weather or operational constraints.
Certain banks may levy cross-border transaction charges. These fees are determined by the respective bank or card issuer and are not the responsibility of ADPL.
ADPL may use guest data for promotional communication, feedback, and service improvement. Personal data is shared only in aggregate or as required to fulfill service obligations.
ADPL may collaborate with partners for special deals and events.
Guest information is never sold or traded to third parties.
Guests agree not to use the website or its services for unlawful, misleading, or harmful purposes.
While ADPL strives to provide accurate and updated information, typographical or pricing errors may occur.
All prices are quoted in Indian Rupees (INR) unless otherwise mentioned.
Promotions and discounts may be changed or withdrawn without notice.
